Four different clonal lots were fermented individually. All macerated for a total of 15 days, fermented with D254 yeast, and punched down 3X per day. Peak Temp averaged 88˚F. The wine was aged 22 months in 100% Neutral French Oak, followed by a minimum of 6 months in bottle before release.
