Packed tight with black fruits, rum cake, clove, anise and cigar box. Bright on the palate expressing cherry and mineral, followed by all spice on the finish.
100% Grenache (Clones 136, 362, 513 and "Larner")
Four different clonal lots were fermented individually. All macerated for a total of 15 days, fermented with BRL97 yeast, and punched down 3X per day. Peak temp averaged 82 degrees F.
