From the Library, the inaugural release of our popular GSM blend shows nuances of ripened blackberry followed by plum, mocha, cracked black pepper, minerals and polished tannins.
A blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre that were all vinified individually, separated by both varietal as well as clone for a total of 7 different lots. The wine was blended after 18 months of barrel ageing in 100% Neutral French oak, aged another 6 months as the blend in the same oak, and finally aged a minimum 6 months in bottle before release.
